High profile defaulters are rushing to the Cess department of Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation (NMMC) to clear their dues for vehicles registered in Navi Mumbai. NMMC claimed Rs 50 crore is due in unpaid cess, reports G. Mohiuddin Jeddy.
